PROPERS
Recordings of the music are linked from this site music of the Propers with a commentary and suggestions for choir directors and singers. A more detailed history and commentary on the music for today is explained in The chants of the Vatican Gradual, By Dominic Johner, OSB. Today we are using the music as found in the Sarum liturgical books for the propers found in the Roman Missal. They have minor musical differences.
